My current strategy concerning my beauty products is buying less and buying better.
I came to realize that I’m using just a few products, so I actually want to invest specifically in products I love.
It kind of goes into the mindset of minimalism, which is pretty popular right now.
Basically, we have limited time here on earth, so we might as well use it for what we really really want and appreciate. Meaning, using it for things that bring us value and really excite us.I wanted to share with you a few products I want to purchase since I want them to be my next small exclusive beauty team :).

Glossier is an amazing brand I learned about last year. They are promoting great content on Instagram and I think it’s their major marketing method. They promote a natural, dewy glow, and they choose mostly models that look like real people (just with better skin). I think it’s the new look and I love how they choose natural beauty and overall have an accepting approach to beauty.
The products I would like to buy next are:
1. Boy Brow
I love the names of their products! so on trend and fun to pronounce. I want to try this product because I’m looking for something that’s going to give me a very natural brow look, but still get everything in place. This one sounds like a good idea, from the products reviews and pictures. I’m thinking about getting the clear one, but I might get the blond.
I’m a bit scared for this one, but I’m really excited about trying it. I usually like higher coverage foundations, and use a really small amount of the product on my face. But all these pictures of models with imperfect skin, made me want to try the skin tint. I really want to try and go for the dewy look, I think it’s wearable for everyday life and it just looks healthy and makes you look like yourself.
Another proof for the beautiful look this skin tint gives, I found in the video of youtuber Patricia Bright, that usually wears much heavier makeup. She didn’t really like the look she achieved with the products, but I loved it and thought it complemented her very much.
3. Wowder Duo
This powder has Kaoline clay and vitamin E in it! like… what more can you ask for in life. And it comes with the brush that fits it. I’m not very brush-savvy. I’m actually using the same brush I got years ago for powder, and it works for me. But maybe this new brush that comes with the powder will make it look better? because I don’t know, people talk a lot about how much brushes are important. Anyway, if it will get me this dewy look I’m all for it.
I won’t be buying the concealer because I usually use my foundation as concealer anyway, I find it gives the same look and it actually looks even better. Usually, it’s more moisturized.
4. Generation G
This is a sheer lipstick, and because the makeup product I use most to pull my look together is lipstick, I’m really excited about trying a sheerer version. I think I’ll go with the “Crush” hue because it’s the brightest of them all so I need it for the effect I want to get, especially if I’m going sheerer.

5. Invisible Sheild
I’m looking for a good sunscreen that won’t make me break out, and I tried this one when I was in New York and it was really good. Really lightweight and goes invisible on the skin.
6. Super Pure
This serum is supposed to calm your skin, I got the Super Glow one that has vitamin C in it, and it didn’t do too much for my skin. I think I need something really calming for my skin. So maybe this serum that has mostly Niacinamide and some zinc in it as well could do the trick.
7. Body Hero Duo
I’ve been looking for a healthy body moisturizer, that is also packaged really beautifully. I think these products might be a good fit. I can count on Glossier to make them smell really good as well and have great ingredients and not a lot of chemicals in the products.
7. Glossier You Eau de Parfum
I smelled the perfume in a sample I got from Glossier, the smell is really nice, a grownup, everyday smell, that is still natural, fresh and clean. It’s like a perfect mixture. A really interesting perfume that I hope I will like and won’t get tired of.
